Except for a brief two year period when Father Daniel Daly served us, Father Joseph has faithfully guided our parish for over 40 years. Father Joseph, who holds a Doctorate Degree in Theology (Th.D), has been a professor at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, Brookline, MA from 1977 to 1984 and St. Vladimir Orthodox Seminary in Crestwood, NY from 1978 to 1992. He has written and edited eleven books on Orthodox Theology and many articles in various publications. He currently is the Director of the Department for Theological and Pastoral Education in our Archdiocese and National Chaplain of the Order of St. Ignatius of Antioch. He is also Director of the Antiochian House of Studies and St. Stephen's Course of Studies in Orthodox Theology.  Father Joe is married to Khouriyee Valerie Allen and has 2 sons, Joseph and Philip, who have grown up at St. Anthonys and have families of their own.  He and Valerie are proud grandparents.

Deacon PeterDeacon Peter Boulukos was born and raised in Merrick, New York, attended Brookline Seminary and later studied at Rizarios Divinity School in Athens, Greece; upon returning to the US, he served as a youth advisor and Greek school teacher in Detroit, Minneapolis and New Rochelle.  At one point, Dn. Peter decided to leave church life and trained as a chiropractor, receiving his degree from Columbia School of Chiropractic, and opened a practice in Teaneck, NJ in 1972.  Having been a long time member of St. Anthony as a member of the choir and other organizations, he was called back to the spiritual life and ordained a deacon here in 1998 by Metropolitan Philip.  Today, he is both a chiropractor and deacon at St. Anthony, as well as being the administrator of St. Stephens House of Studies, under the direction of Father Joe.  He resides in Hackensack, NJ.
